Refund Policy

At Coyoin.com, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. However, we understand that there may be instances where a user may request a refund for a premium membership or a certification course. Our refund policy is as follows:

Premium Membership Refunds:

  • If a user wishes to cancel their premium membership within 7 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a user wishes to cancel their premium membership after 7 days of purchase, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining time left on the membership.

Certification Course Refunds:

  • If a user wishes to cancel their enrollment in a certification course within 7 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a user wishes to cancel their enrollment in a certification course after 7 days of purchase but before the course begins, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • No refunds will be issued once the certification course has begun.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@coyoin.com with your request and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the request.
